Dental Care - What is the Dental Fee Guide? - Benefits

The Alberta Dental Association and College announced a new fee guide for 2018, which took effect January 1, 2018. This was the first update since 1997. Manulife reviewed and adopted it, and will pay Alberta dental claims based on the 2018 Alberta fee guide. Please bear in mind that published fee guides are guidelines for dentists — dental fees can vary widely. You may incur more out-of-pocket costs if your dentist has not adopted the new fees.
