Life Event - Long Term Disability (LTD) - Payment Length
Long Term Disability coverage starts when a salaried employee has completed three months of continuous employment, excluding days missed as general sick leave.
Benefits may be paid to a maximum of 24 months if, during that period, you’re unable to resume your normal duties due to your disability. The continuation of disability is evaluated.
