General Pay - Access your T4 (2024) - Pay

2024 T4s will be available on Feb. 29th by accessing your mySAIT.ca account.

Current and former employees can securely and safely view and print your T4 via mySAIT using the following steps:

Sign in to mysait Employee Self Serve (if you’re having problems logging in, please contact ITS)
Choose the myEmployee tab.
Choose T4 Information.
Select the year and choose T4 Statement of Remuneration Paid.
IMPORTANT: If you worked as a salaried and casual/adjunct throughout the year ensure you click on the drop-down menu arrow as you will have multiple T4s.
Choose Printable Version. If you are unable to view, check if there is a pop-up blocker on the right side of the address bar and allow pop-ups.

You can also access your T4 slip through your My Account for Individuals on the Canada Revenue Agency website.

If you’re having problems, log out and repeat these steps using a different web browser.

We are unable to send T4’s via email as it is not a secure method and the T4 slip holds too much personal information including name, address and SIN.
