PeopleNOW - Log in Issues - Employee

We are sorry you are having trouble logging in to PeopleNOW.

Here are some troubleshooting tips:

Browser: The preferred browsers for PeopleNOW are Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.

VPN Connection if you are off-campus: If you are trying to login to PeopleNOW from off-campus, you must ensure you are connected first to SAIT’s network via the VPN. Use these links to get instruction on how to connect to SAIT’s VPN (Global Protect):

• GlobalProtect VPN (Mac) – Staff

For additional help or VPN issues, you will need to contact SAIT’s ITS Service Desk (ITS.Support@sait.ca).

PeopleNOW Portal for SAIT employees: Employees should always login to PeopleNOW using SAIT Single Sign On (SSO). This means you should never need a username or password.

Go to SAITNOW.
Click on Quick Links and then click on PeopleNOW (employee login). You will be taken directly into PeopleNOW.
Alternatively, you can use this portal: https://sait.csod.com/samldefault.aspx and your SSO should work.

Note: Non-employees (i.e., contractors or consultants) will need to login to PeopleNOW via a different method (not SSO) and different portal. Contractors should email employee.questions@sait.ca for assistance and specific instructions.
