Employee Self Serve - Updating Approved Leave - Leave/Time Off
Once a leave report is approved, there is no way for it to be corrected without someone from the Workforce Administrator (WFA) team in Human Resources completing a manual override. In order to maintain a consistent tracking of backup and approval for the WFA to make these changes, please follow the following steps
1. Complete the Leave Time Entry Correction Form
2. Open the Employee Change Request. On the Employee Change request, please select Leave Report Correction.
3. Upload the completed Leave Time Entry Correction Form to the Leave Report Correction Change Request.
Once you submit your Employee Change Request the team will process it in the order that it was submitted.
