If you’re getting an error message while trying to view a PDF in a web browser, you are most likely trying to open a fillable PDF form using an incompatible web browser. Some PDF web viewers don’t support Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader plug-ins, which allow for editing and saving of fillable PDF forms. To view fillable PDFs, open the file using Internet Explorer, or download the file locally to your desktop and open it with either Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat DC.
