Please submit a request ticket through our SAIT ServiceNow portal. Submitting requests as formal request tickets is required for proper auditing and workflow practices and ensures they are completed more efficiently and faster than by email:

In a web browser, navigate to our Self-Service portal: https://sait.ca/ITS or https://sait.service-now.com
Click on Report an Issue to ITS.
Fill out the form and click Submit.
