500 Internal Server Error - Unable to Access Web Time Entry

From HR’s side, everything is good. The error message is fairly general and can be triggered by a variety of reasons, such as:
Users not being connected to VPN when submitting from home
Temporary system maintenance or downtime
Network or connectivity issues affecting access
I recommend that you first try submitting while connected to a VPN, or from campus where the connection is fully established. If the issue persists after these steps, please submit an ITS (ITS.support@sait.ca) ticket, as it may be related to a database connection. From HR’s perspective, everything is in place.
